Clear system cache

I havent done any maintenance in quite a while so I decided to run Yasu today... however I'm not sure to "clear system cache" or not.. what benefits would this have?

If you have a small quirk then this can sometimes overcome it, but otherwise I wouldn't bother. If you have a Tiger machine you don't need to do this ever, assuming you sleep your machine at nights and don't shut down. 🙂
