Clearing Recent Calls

I noticed that this changed back some time ago but clearing recent calls on your phone no longer clears them from the watch. I’m using a series 3 with 4.1. Has anyone had luck with this?

This is my pet peeve with the watch. This in my experience has been an issue since the original watch 0, several times I have reported this to Apple several times to be told it would be fixed in an os update and never has been addressed, you can delete mail, messages, why not phone calls

Some time way back a software update did fix this but some time prior to the release of 4.0 it returned. Only unpairing the watch definitively does this but it’s not worth it for me. I’m on one of the beta programs and have reported this using that mechanism. Maybe others can do so also.
