How do you put websites on a "safe" list for Click to Flash on safari?

I went into preferences and extensions but no settings. Have to click everything I want to see and youtube is getting incredibly annoying.

Right click on the blank sides of a Youtube page (or most any page) and their should be a "click to flash preferences" option.
