In a moment of stupidity, I clicked on a link in an email that was sent from a friend's account. I now know that account was compromised. The link opened Safari then redirected to a random app in the App Store. Should I be concerned about malware, etc. on my iPhone due to clicking the link?

There is no malware in the wild that can affect unjailbroken iOS devices. Clicking a link isn't going to infect your iPhone.

Nothing to worry about, it's just a simple redirect caused by a link to an app in the App Store
