iPad Clock app doesn't seem to sync alarms to iPad

I have a iPhone 12 PM paired with my Apple Watch (gen 6) and the alarm syncs to my watch without issues, but how do I sync the alarm to my iPad (pro 12,9 2020)?
I'm logged in with the same Apple ID everywhere, and on the same WiFi-network.

Hi! I beleive you can pair the watch with one device at a time, but you can pair several watches with the same device. It's probably because the watch has to sync info from the paired device and it can't do that with several devices at the same time (as of today, apple watch give you only 5.8gb of storage for photos/music, etc).

Alarms in the Clock app are not synced between iPhones and iPads, even when using the same Apple ID.

If you look at your iCloud settings you'll notice that the Clock app does not appear there, while for instance Calendars and Reminders do (and Calendar and Reminder entries can be synced, alarms and all).
