Clock is 4 Minutes Fast

I'm running Mavericks with everything updated and the clock on my work Mac is consistently 4 minutes fast.

Google and http://www.timeanddate.com/ and my mobile phone are all the same "correct" time which is 4 minutes behind the Mac. My home Mac is always exactly correct.

So I tried to fix the work Mac by restarting a few times while I tuned off & on "set date and time automatically". I manually entered the correct time and restarted. I tried re-enabling auto sync but all the time it insists on being exactly 4 minutes fast.

Anyone else seeing this? Any suggestions?

By chance, is the work Mac causing problems for time when you're on your company's network? Some corporate networks disable Network Time Protocol, which messes about with the time.
