Clockology sync issues

Hey guys I'm having trouble syncing the # of pushes to my watch. iPhone shows a number, but watch shows a different number. They aren't in sync. What should I do? I've been having this problem for ages now.

Both updated already.

Anyone got any idea? I still have this issue.

I would try uninstalling and installing the apps again. I will say that since the las iOS updates clockology has been more flaky for sure.
