clone macbook hd for new macbook pro

I'm replacing my 2.4 dual MacBook with a new 15" quad Macbook Pro. I've cloned my 500G HD with superduper. Can I use this clone on my new MBP?
 
Yes but don't clone it back, use migration assistant. You don't want to overwrite the System folder.
