Close and Minimize Functions - Possible to Alter?

I still haven't tried a switch to MAC yet, but one obvious difference that I have noticed between a MAC and Windows computer is where the minimize/resize/close buttons are on windows (top left v top right respectively).

Is there any way to have the MAC's be repositioned to the top right corner of windows?

I just switched recently to Mac and you will get used to their locations. I already go to the left to look for them on my Windows PC at work. 🙂

There is no way possible i know in order to move them from left to right on a mac. I know on windows you can move them to the left, but not on mac that is what makes them so unique.
