I don't understand. Anyone, even unregistered people with no accounts, should be able to use the Contact Us form. Can you post a screenshot of the error?

Edit: sorry! OllyW has posted the correct link and I have corrected my post. I am on a PC at work and it has a terrible habit of not actually copying things unless I hit Ctrl-C twice for some odd reason.
