I used to love that stuff when I lived in Cornwall - and Roddas was just up the road from where I was living.
Split a dried apricot, insert a pistachio nut and put a dollop of cream on it. Heaven.
Or with scones and jam. Now I'm hungry :D
And mkrishnan and florifee - it's sweet and very rich.
