I am considering purchasing the Ipad 2. I would like to be able to view/edit documents (mostly MS Word and Excel) on my Ipad anywhere which are saved on my desktop PC. I am thinking that I need something like Google Docs, Dropbox, ect. Any recommendations or input are much appreciated.

I use dropbox with pages/goodreader as well works like a treat.

I use DropBox and iDisk. iDisk is just so painfully slow compared to DropBox. I'm guessing (hoping) iCloud will definitely change all that.

iCloud may include any file type of storage, but it WILL be primarily about music. Why? Google Music Beta. I was accepted into it. Now I have access to every song I own (plus a few hundred free songs Google threw in) from any android device with a web connection and any PC with a web connection.

Dropbox. I'll probably continue to use dropbox unless iCloud offers something extraordinary and it doesn't restrict me to Apple devices.
