Cloud button in Safari

On my iPhone 5, I can see the open Safari tabs from my MacBook at home. But at home, when I click the cloud button in the Safari browser bar on my rMBP, I just see the default message that it will show the open tabs on other devices (which it's not).

Has the feature been enabled yet?
