    Hi,

Hopefully a quick and easy one...

Since upgrading to El Capitan, when I delete a file in Finder using cmd+opt+backspace I get a message asking me to confirm whether I really want to delete the file?

I thought the whole point of this command was that it didn't ask for confirmation?

    Nope.
Rather than moving it to trash can, your action will remove that file from computer nearly permanently.
Therefore it is always great for giving a warning.
Instead, cmd+delete gives no confirmation. I think this one should be the one meet your need.
