All of a sudden, I can’t print an excel file from my iPad. Cmd-P works for Word, Outlook. When I issue cmd-p from an excel file I get this pop up:
  • Use Office connected experiences. To enable this experience, change your privacy preferences.
  • And then under “Privacy Settings”
    • Optional Diagnostic data
    • Analyze Content
    • Download Content
I do not want to enable these settings. They are not enabled and the print command works from Word & Outlook. But just out of curiosity, which would I have to enable to allow printing? What do you all have for your MS365 privacy settings? I do not see the “print” option on the file menu (the new drop-down menu for ipados26) for Word, Outlook or Excel. But like I said, cmd-p works. I know the Privacy settings are set across all MS365 apps - why would one app work and not the other?? + Excel was working. thanks! Donna

I just had to check Excel on iPad as I print multiple files daily from it. All seems to work fine for me still (surprisingly as this app is a buggy mess 90% of the time). Have you tried reinstalling the app?

I just did that and it now brings up the MS365 print menu, not the Apple print. Oddly enough, that menu comes up when I click CMD-P on Word, but it seems to be working! thank you!

Actually it is not working!!! I closed the document. Went back in and now am getting the original error - it brings up the Privacy Settings when I click CMD-P! very annoying!!!!!
