I bought a Wi-Fi / BT LE card. The seller told me that all I have to do is install it.
There are no instructions at all.

I'm open to ideas.

Thanks.

Is that white connector for power? and gets connected further back towards the rear of the machine?

That's the USB connector, nothing to do with power. And your original BT card should be still there. you need to pull the original cable to free up the port.

On the adapter J0 is partially covered
I can install antennas in J1, J2, and J3

On the computer I see wires marked 1, 3 and 2 (with a plastic sleeve) which was not used before.

That's correct, those 3 are the wifi antenna. The BT antenna still connected to the original BT card. So, total 4 antenna, which fit your card.

Edit.
that thing swivels a little so all four ports are available.

Which antenna goes where?

In general, doesn't really matter. But you can ask the seller to confirm which one is the BT antenna port, and connect to BT antennal onto it.

AFAIK, all four of them are all good for both 2.4 and 5GHz. In fact, some users intentional connect a wifi antenna to the BT port to get better reception (those antennal is shield inside the metal case, some antennal may get better reception then the others by luck).

So I use one of the cables provided as an extension to the BT cable that's behind the main board (and connect to it near the BT card)?

This card is pretty easy to install (except the parts are very small, need stable hand), simply use your common sense, only connect the cable to the port that fitted. Nothing should go too wrong.

From memory, no one reported any "wrong connection" on this upgrade yet. But someone may over tighten the card, which actually make the card bended a little bit, and "create" a poor contact. If the card is not detected, then you may try to adjust the screw tightness a bit.
