I've disabled SIP and was able to unlock with the watch
When enabled SIP unable
Is there any fix?

Not sure, I always keep SIP off.

Did you use CAT? Or simply mod the IOBluetooth.framework to get watch unlock?

I think I did this:

sudo /usr/libexec/PlistBuddy -c "Set:Mac-F221BEC8:ContinuitySupport true" "/System/Library/Frameworks/IOBluetooth.framework/Versions/A/Resources/SystemParameters.plist"

Running 10.14.2

This was working great at first boot, then I reenabled SIP and it broke.
