So I got a brand new 2012 MBP last week.

It's been great, it's just unbelievably fast, much better than I expected.

However, I'd had some issues with the magic mouse, nothing serious but it seems to become quite 'jerky' from time to time.

My signal strength is about -60dBm from about 3 feet from the computer and it drops to -80 at 6 feet.
The jerky movement seems to be completely random, but still very annoying.

What's sort of signal strength do you guys get?

(signal strength can be monitored in bluetooth prefs by holding the alt key while your mouse is selected or clicking on the gear and selecting monitor RSSI).

Just would like to say that the magic mouse is awful. I had a ton of problems with connectivity. I'd return it and get a logitech anywhere mx mouse, best mouse i've every used.

Well, it worked fine with my older MBP, so I'm more concerned if it's a problem with the computer itself.
