CNET is reporting that "Apple to sell unlocked iPhone 4 in Canada." Why can't we do this in the States?

Because the FCC is more consumed with censoring language than doing what it was intended to do, regulate the broadcast RF spectrum and the companies that use it. Want this to change? Write to the FCC and your congressman.
