Seeing this on my iPhone and iPad. International versions and sub pages don't have this problem. Happens on Safari or Chrome.

Yup, happens to me on my iPad
if you turn the screen to the side then turn it back right side up it will resize
if you turn the screen to the side then turn it back right side up it will resize
