A bunch of stores removed the Pro a few months ago but it still got an "upgrade" and later management confirmation of a 2013 model.

My guess is that the stores have some independence and won't waste floor space for product that is not selling.

All the stores in the UK that I normally visit have both on display. I don't think I understand the concern.
