Cocktail 9.0.2, OS 10.11, & Notifications

In System Preferences/Notifications, I have two (apparently identical) Cocktail icons listed in the Notification Center.

I have tried deleting Cocktail and then reinstalling to see if that would fix things; it didn’t. To my surprise, even after I deleted Cocktail, one icon remained.

Is this a Cocktail or OS bug, or is it moi? Or, is there a fix?

Indeed, 'tis not a problem of major consequence, but I'm a bit surprised that no one has responded. 🙁

FWIW, I am uncertain, but suspect v9.1 resolved the issue (at lease for me).
