It should be darker than the gray and brown. I'm sure color balance and lighting come into play here. I have the cocoa watch band and it looks really sharp on he Apple Watch and is most definitely "cocoa"
I have the black case in hand. It is BLACK. It is no longer charcoal like the old silicone case. There are videos on YouTube of the black case. Really sharp as well.
Isn't cocoa supposed to be like dark brown or chocolate brown? The pics make it look like it's grey or lavender?
It's definitely a brown. Maybe a brown with a hint of gray but definitely brown. Wife has it on her white iPhone. Thinking of getting it for my iPad. Really love the color.

I bought the cocoa sportband for my gold (aluminum) watch and the color combination is stunning. Ive had strangers tell me how stunning it looks.

umm... The iPhone 7 cases don't have black rims around the camera.
Yep, I got an iPhone 6/6s case in an iphone 7 package. The package was not opened.
I contacted apple and have sent it back to them. Amazing apple support yet again.
