Resolved Coconut Battery

Goes bananas! It reports that my brand new MBP ( which has been running on AC all day) has achieved 104% of it's capability.

Better than being below the Mark I suppose, but I'm not sure how accurate the new version (2.7) really is.

I guess I will only really know when I cycle it through it's first full discharge.

Mine reported over 100% for about two weeks after I bought it. Now after 5 months it's at 96%.

Normal. I have seen batteries report 110% of original full charge capacity. The information is just as accurate as what shows in System Profiler (it's the same). Coconutbattery is just a fancy interface for information you can already see in other places.
