What does this mean at all? Does this mean my battery life is okay? I read somewhere about how it drops to 90% after awhile?? I do not understand lol. I want to be educated about these things. Someone kindly explain to me.

Yes, it looks fine. It is perfectly normal if your battery health (maximum capacity) is less than 100% when new or if it fluctuates up or down over time. For further details, read the CHECKING STATUS AND HEALTH section of the following link.

This should answer most, if not all, of your battery questions:

5 cycles in 21 weeks is pretty low usage. Do you have it plugged in most of the time? It would be a good idea to use the battery a bit more, but as GGJ said, looks fine.

Thank you, I will read that thoroughly.

Yeah it's plugged in most of the time, how often should I leave it unplugged though to be considered good usage/high usage?

That FAQ will tell you. Generally getting a full cycle once a week/two weeks is good.
