Can anyone tell me what “Battery operating time” in “lifetime data” exactly means for a iPhone in CoconutBattery? If a new battery is installed then the phone turned off, say for a couple of months, does the the "battery operating time stop" or still increment?

I have just purchased a iPhone Mini 13 that has been fitted with a “new” battery but doesn’t seem to be holding charge.

The battery health is displayed as 100% even though the battery has never been replaced.
