Im not sure if this is good, but please check if my battery is fine.
Yes your battery is completely fine. Actually, better than fine by the looks of it. Out of interest, what laptop do you have with that small mah battery? A Macbook Air?
no actually a macbook aluminium, So is that bad now or what?
It's not bad, but considering you only have 4 cycles in 6 months, you may want to calibrate your battery.
yea im actually callibrating it now hope this will help
So ive calibrated the battery and i want you guys to look at it now.
Ive read a frew threads and it seems to be normal that it runs about 4000 to 4500
Is that bad? Coconut says my MacBook is 2 months old and I have 10 loadcycles. I do worry I will get to 300 quickly and my warranty will be up. I have only had my computer since May 19th.
I did calibrate when I first received it. My battery just seems to drain really fast. Like right now I am 82% full and it says I have 2 hrs. 37 sec. of battery time left. I am connected to AirPort and also have my iPod Touch connected to charge and sync some new downloads. I turned off bluetooth because I read that drains the battery faster.
Any advice? Should I re-calibrate? Thanks.
I think you should use your battery as normal and just accept that batteries eventually die. If you calibrate it once a week or so it will maximize the lifetime.
