Nope. You can only play against people on your system.

On "your system" meaning anyone using a computer, be it OS X or Windows (Mac or PC), not just Mac vs Mac or PC vs PC.


But yeah AFAIK only Final Fantasy 11 and Portal 2 are cross platform between consoles and PC's/Mac's.
