COD UO for mac Fps

I know have Call of Duty Untited Offensive for mac but my fps is very low 60 at max, how can i get this up. i now have a imac intel with the ati radeon x1600 video card

Searched Versiontracker and found this. A bit old but might work.

all you gotta do if go on options in game and find where it says 'sync every frame' and click no. =)
