CoD4 Server With Mods HELP !

im trying to launch a server with mods but each time i do it my server doesnt pop up but it pops up without mods do i have do to do something plz someone answer thx......
 
In the browser filter it is set to not show modded servers by default. Have you changed it to show modded servers?
