colcasac and a speck case? is it achievable

SO i have a 15" mbp, and I want to buy some stuff for it. I love the protection of a hardshell case, but I love the look and added padding of the colcasac. I know that the mbp with the hardshell on wont fit into a colcasac, but has anyone tried to order the larger size of the sac, if I were to get a 17" sac would it fit with the case? thanks

It would fit, but you would have some floppiness from the size difference. I suppose you could cut a small strip of foam to take up some of the slack.
