bit confused on the application colloquy. Where would i go to register an account or do i have to?? can i just sign into a chat room and start talking??


also what is the password option for the server, seems i can connect to chat rooms without it.

You don't have to register an account. Some rooms on some servers will require you to register a nick before you can talk though.

The server password field is only necessary if the server/room has a password set.
