Color Change for menu bar

because i am new to this forum i do now know where to ask this question

the menu bar font color is black, and i want to change it to white, same with the spotlight icon.

How do i change the color to white?

I actually looked into the black theme here http://macthemes2.net/forum/viewtopic.php?id=16792934 and it changed it to white and now I can't get it to change back, it is...

/System/Library/Frameworks/Carbon.framework/Versions/A/Frameworks/HIToolbox.framework/Versions/A/Resources/ Extras.rsrc(PPC) Extras2.rsrc(Intel)

Not sure which color to change but hopefully that helps. 🙂
