color correction on macbook...

Hey, I've got a new intel macbook...anyone had any experience with color correcting on one? Just wondering if the colors hold true...it seems to me that it may be a little dark...

There is a brightness key in the top row of the keyboard. Also, sometimes it may be as simple as adjusting the angle of the screen.
