Color Wheel On Watch Faces?

So in the digital sketch feature you can hold a color and a color wheel appears where you can have a much deeper color variety to choose from...Why would they not include that in the watch face customizations instead of having (in my opinion) very limited color options for watch faces?

I don't find myself being attached to any of the watch face color options...I really hope that is something that is added in the future.

It seems like almost all, if not all, of those colors are present in the watch customization menu. What's missing?

In digital sketch don't force touch but just hold your finger on a color when choosing one. A color wheel will appear making you able to choose any color on the spectrum.

I felt the same way about the lack of color options but then today discovered that a color wheel exists in OS in the digital sketch feature and it seems like a no brainer to extend that to watch face customization.

Makes sense. Maybe we'll see it added in a later beta of watchOS 2.

Seems like it would be a great selling point for the watch faces.

The current available colors are the same that were offered on iPhone 5c, iPhone 6 cases, watch bands, etc...they are becoming rather stale as options for the watch face customization. They should definitely open that up.
