Colour calibration...on a software or hardware level?

I'll be installing XP Pro on my SR MBP as soon as it arrives for some of my audio work and gaming.

I was wondering if the colour calibration done in OS X sticks while in XP. If not, what can I use to do the same thing in Windows?
