Does anyone know what com.apple.icloud.spnfcurl is?

After updating my XS Max to ios 13.4 I noticed it in my data to back up on my phone. I've never seen this before.

Yup it’s on mine too and when I search it on google, the Apple website comes up with a few posts about it from users but no answers

I saw a question about it on the Apple support forum too. No answer. I turned it off until I find out what it is.
