Apple ID Combine AppleCare (from different countries) in AppleCare One?

Hi guys,

I have 5 devices, all are younger than 2 years and have been covered by the AppleCare one-time payment for 2/3 years.

3 of the devices have been bought in the UK with according AppleCare-plan (UK); 2 devices have been bought in Europe with according AppleCare plan.

Question: Can I cancel one country's plans (get a refund) and then combine all 5 devices under the other country's AppleCare One?

Possibly, but I expect you'd have to call Apple to do it.
