I just put the new IOS4 on my 3G. I was super excited about the combined Inbox as I have 4-5 mailboxes that I use for work. It works great but it is a big miss that it doesn't tell me which account the mail is coming from. You would think in the combined Inbox with e-mails from multiple accounts it would tell you which account the e-mail came in from. It should not only tell you on the actual e-mail (with out having to click on my name to see the account) but also on the e-mail overview screen.

Thoughts?

I know this is an old thread... Same problem I'm having and haven't been able to find anything via searching. I'd like two mail app icons - one for my gmail and one for my microsoft online email (work). I tried using the iGmail app which separated the inboxes but then my gmail still goes to my other inbox as well. I can turn off syncing for my gmail account and my gmail no longer gets pushed to that same inbox as my work email. But if I do that I can't set gmail as my default email - so if I try to email a photo or click a link while browsing it can only send from my work email. This is pretty frustrating.
