Combining flipper dvd's

Hi!
I've got one of the first flipper dvd's of Face Off (Cage & Travolta) and was wondering if I could combine the two Video_ts files into one and burn a new disc so I dont have to switch it half way through the film. Can it be done?
I've got Mac The Ripper, Handbrake, DVD2oneX and Toast.
