Is there any way I can combine two separate sheets in a .pdf document into one sheet?

I often get road directions in a multi-sheet .pdf document. After I “crop” off the advertisements, I’m left with two or thrree sheets, each only one third of a normal sheet in length. I would like to print the remaining document on a single sheet of paper.

Is there any way to do this in the Acrobat Pro (8.13) program without transferring the document to another program such as “Word” or “PhotoShop”?

Thanks for any help, Scott

Well, if you are on 10.5 (Leopard), then you can open both PDF documents in Preview. Make sure you are in thumbnail view in which every page is displayed as a thumbnail on te right side of the window. In thumbnail view, you can just drag a page and drop it in the thumbnail view of the other document. Then save. And you're done!

Combining two pdf sheets

Hi guys,

Thanks for the thoughts but I guess I have not made myself clear.

I know how to merge two separate pdf documents. What I don't know how to do is to merge two separate pages within a single pdf document, into a single page within the document so I can print it on a single sheet of paper.

Anyone have an idea?
