I wouldn't worry about what time you can actually place your pre-order for the iPhone 4. Just because you're one of the first to pre-order on the 15th doesn't mean you'll be the first to receive the phone on the 24th.

i dont care about beig the first to have one....im sure there will be a shipping mistake somewhere and someone will get an iPhone 4 on the 21st or something....i just want to make sure i get one on pre-order. Or will i not have to worry about them running out of pre-orders?

is it possible to not receive the phone on the 24th if you pre-order?
