    I remembered his name immediately I saw the post title. His image too.

    Although I don't remember the show referenced? :confused:

    I must have seen him in various movies/skits, over the years. :(

    I have this sudden urge to rent some of his movies from Netflix (http://www.netflix.com/RoleDisplay/Norman_Wisdom/30000885) but I don't think my wife and kids would understand.

    His films were on TV constantly when I was growing up (along with Morecombe and Wise, The Two Ronnies, Tony Hancock, Eric Sykes, The Goodies, the Carry On films and more I've forgotten.) I decided he was too ridiculous to watch some time in the mid 70s, but I have a burst of nostalgia now.
