So I was wondering what comedians everyone likes. I drive about 4 hours a day to and from work, and have found that listening to a comedian helps out with the road rage.

Mitch Hedberg (see the sig)
Lewis Black
Jeff Foxworthy
Bill Engvall

What comedians do you like?
 
In no particular order:

• Bill Bailey
• Eddie Izzard
• Tommy Tiernan
• Dylan Moran
• Billy Connelly (the earlier stuff)
• Richard Pryor
• Bill Hicks
• Steve Martin & Robin Williams (both when they still did stand-up and not crappy films)

Can't think of any more that come to mind at the mo...
 
Mitch Hedberg is my all-time favorite. Lewis Black is very good too. I don't know bill Engvall. But JEFF FOXWORTHY!! Are you serious? Terrible.


I really enjoy finding older comic bits from now famous people.
Example:
Kevin James, (King of Queens) - I don't like his show, but his standup is good.
Bob Saget is another one. Known for Full House and America's Funniest Videos, his standup is disgusting, raunchy, and vulgar--I just love it.

That's ok! :) I think he was so funny to me, especially when I saw that one clip on Jimmy Kimmel, because I had not laughed one time in a month (heartbroken bad during that time)! And then all of sudden I was cracking up but mainly because I saw Tom Cruise really act that way on Orpah! :)

OMG, I forgot about Kathy Griffin. Her annoying voice and irritation mannerism actually work in standup.
 
Thanks to everyone. I watch Comedy central and see these people all the time, i just cant remember their names. Keep 'em coming

I love the Jimmy Kimmel clip. His "tattoo" is awesome! :) I looooooooove both of his CDs. If you haven't checked them out, they are well worth it.

Oh that explains it!! I thought you were saying he was like only a b-list comedian and you didn't like him!! I misunderstood your first post!!! Thats cool you like him!! I will definitely check out more stuff by him too! :)
