Anyone read any comics? Marvel, DC, Archie, etc.
I sometimes read Spider-man, but lately I've been getting bored with Marvel comics.

Read Marvels from about '75-'86. A lot of them, especially X-Men, grew way too dark for my taste -- especially at $1.50 a throw.

Back in the 70's, I would read some of the funny comics - stuff like Plop!, Richie Rich, Archie, etc. I never really got into the superhero stuff.

    I liked Scrooge McDuck.

It's spoke to my inner self. :)

The Beagle Boys were my anti-heros.

I read Archie a lot when I was a kid.

Check out Kingdom Come (DC), Identity Crisis (DC), Brightest Day and Blackest Night (DC), Marvel Zombies, Civil War (Marvel), Astonishing X-men (Joss Whedon run), just to name a few.

I collected throughout the mid 80's and into the early 90's. Mostly Marvel and DC, but during that time the independent labels started to take off like Image and a few others. I had some mainstream stuff like G.I. Joe, X-Men, Wolverine, Spiderman, Punisher, Daredevil, Batman, etc.. I also branched out to some not so well known titles like Grips and Armor. I actually still have my collection in its entirety. I probably should take a look at the value of it according to today's market.

I haven't really kept up with the comic world in quite some time, but I do enjoy how superhero's are making a splash on the big screen. I also like shows on TV like The Walking Dead and Kevin Smith's new Comic Book Men on AMC.

Yup. Read and collect. Have quite a few Comic Book Boxes... about 15 of them.

I mainly read and collect indie stuff and comics that are darker in tone.

    Scalped
    Hellblazer
    The Preacher
    The Walking Dead
    Chew
    Spawn
    Gen-13

Verotika every single issue! They are now defunct though.
    Evil Ernie
    Vamprilla

    Ashley Wood

The new 52 only because they are pretty brutal and dark!
    Batman
    Detective Comics
    Superman

Heck I have forgotten a lot of what I have!....

I liked the Harvey comics because they were so over the top. And then Zap when I got a little older.

Can't say I ever got into comics. I guess I never gave them enough of my attention to start to like them.
