Does any of the ILife 08 programs allow me to edit out commercials from a MPEG 2 or MPEG 4 file? Thank you.
 
Don't think so. You'd probably be better off with a utility like MPEG Streamclip. I know that supports MPEG-2, not sure about MPEG-4.
