I'm running Communicator for Mac 13.1.0 with a corporate account. Whenever I attempt to screen share it *looks* like it is about to work initially but then the screen sharing drops out after a couple of seconds.

After the screen sharing session drops out I see "an error occurred" in my conversation.

The same happens if someone else shares their screen and I try to view.

Any ideas what I should look for in resolving this? Our corporate IT doesn't formally support us Mac types unfortunately.

Thanks much for your help.

Same thing happening to me, but not with all users

Sam disconnect after sharing connection established. Happens if I innate or the other user does.

Does not happen with all remote participants, and one person that I used to be able to share with, changed to a new laptop and now I get the same issue with her.

Have tried getting them to change resolution settings, etc... to no avail

Other ideas?
