Compatible Hard drive for 13" MBP?

Hi guys, so I have just had to change my 13" mbp order as it won't arrive in time for me leaving the country 🙁 I have changed it back to the stock 2.5ghz model and was just wondering whether this hard drive would fit inside? http://www.ebuyer.com/product/150515/

Also, I am correct in thinking that upgrading the hd doesn't affect the warranty?

I've read everywhere the 500 gig Scorpio Blue is great.
But will also the 320 GB Scorpio Black (7200rpm) work inside the 13" MBP or it'll run too hot? or vibrate too much?

WD5000BEVT is faster than Seagate 7200.4 500GB

Scorpio Black will be very similar in speed to WD5000BEVT, but the Black will be faster in heavy multi tasking.
