Compiling FFMPEG for DTS to AC3 Conversion

Hey guys,

Anyone know how to compile FFMPEG for DTS to AC3 conversion? I previously had it all compiled but I would like to update it as it is a rather old one but I have forgotten what I need to compile and I can't seem to find a good guide anywhere 🙁

Since no one's replied, and since this is the only way I know how to do what you're asking for:

I use a program called MacPorts (google it and you'll find it easily). It's a program that automaticly compiles and installs several unix/linux programs on Mac. It installed ffmpeg on my machine without a problem. It's also easy to keep the program up to date.
