I got my i7+ Black about 20 days ago with a T-Mobile preorder. I'm having many issues with it so I am going to see if I can get it replaced. Should I go through T-Mobile or Apple?

You are out of the return period so I would deal with Apple directly for a warranty claim.

Apple if you aren't inconveniently far from a store.

You have a full year warranty from the manufacturer of the phone.
    Apple.

Or if you are, just call 1-800-MyiPhone. They can do remote diagnostics on your phone. And you can do warranty replacements by mail if you have a credit card.
